Either get a new bike or get a new fork. You're current fork is not worth fixing and you will save money buy buying a "real" mountain bike.

Do you have lockout adjustment on the fork? IF so make sure it is turned off. What kind of fork is it?

Just maybe they can help you with a service guide. Even if they can't, if you're mechanically minded and have proper tools, you just might be able to dissemble it and figure it out for yourself.

This question is more for the suspension forum, but regardless, I'd venture a guess you're now riding in freezing temperatures. Your fork has elastomers, which at cold temperatures do not flex quite like they do when it's nice and warm outside. Do you feel a difference when the bike is indoors vs outdoors (for a while in both)?
