Gordon's for the palate and English Beat for the ears. Saw English Beat last night at the Ogden. They show was sooo good and they played so tight I can't get 'em out of my head.
shittiest friday night ever. drinking coffee and studying for finals of which i have two tomorrow.
Unfortunately, I am drinking 3 buck chuck and watching bench warmers right now (and checking MTBR every so often), rather than driving back from Buffalo Creek with the gang (long story why I couldn't go).
Oil cans and Fujiya and Miyagi. Working pretty well for me. Tough day on the slopes and thinking of riding something tomorrow. I dig these "whatcha drankin', whatcha tunin"? threads. keep em' coming.
90 Shilling and Stevie Ray Vaughan - tasty on both counts

English Beat is still around and touring? Damn... Special Beat Service is one of my all time favorite albums, oops, I mean CD's, errrr... playlists on my Ipod. Yeah, that's it.
citizen cope, bacardi select and pepsi...
The Who Live at Kilburn 1977

Moon's last full show. The house was shakin'. Great video and audio.

It was great to see them again, especially Moon, and remind myself of just how powerful they were on stage.
And you were missed...

Was a super good ride, we missed ya! Oh on topic listened to string cheese "up the canyon" and had a very quick and chilly post ride Dales, Fulltrucker didn't quite get his down... I'll let him explain. BC rocks !!
Tried to drink a Dale's post-ride, but with a pinch of a cold/flu bug I've been fighting off for a few days, nothing in my belly since lunch, and a sweet-ass-sweet but fairly arduous ride in me I couldn't get 'er down... mi stomacho was doing FLIPS I tell ya!

I did get some food in me and I feel much better though, and am fixing to download the new BRONX album right NOW and give that a go! Sadly, I won't be re-attempting any post-riding this evening if you know what I mean... and I think you do!

I think they regrouped a year or 2 or 3 ago. The house was rockin'. Even played a few General Public songs. I agree on Special Beat Service. The new ska's got nothing on 2 Tone.
I forgot, but my head sure hurts today

The bloating points to microbrews...
Feeling my pulse in my head indicates maybe some red wine mixed in...
The extreme dehydration, however, -huh- musta been some Gin n Juice as well.
listening to phish,
drinking water,
and hitting the vaporizor
1. whatever I can get my hands on
2. the incessant wailing of little children
Still @ Werk so jamming to Internet tunes. I'll go with this for now. Hed pe. And, this band that just sent me a email to check them out. They're pretty cool from the 2 songs I just listened to.
