Deem Hills at nite could be interesting, the climb is 50% mental, not seeing the climbs could make it easier, maybe! Some good stuff out there! I'm going to be in Flagstaff! Will this be a weekly Tuesday night meet up?

I finally get to join you guys this week I have been on those trails once before but am going to be giving my 1x9 setup a try so hopefully I can keep up.

so far, on the Tues "Stetson" mtb rides ---- mybimmer, kdimon, ajmelin, robzona, and 2 new guys we met last night on one of the BIG climbs as the light rain started falling.

always cooler and breezy up there next to the north desert, and 1,000' above the valley floor.

Ram-on and others.... you are missing a good local ride and good/cold/free Land Sharks last night in my cooler....WTH, even posted this on Monday! Tues nt TV overriding mtb'ing??? OMG, hope not!

you really need lights to take advantage of the cooler hrs late in the day and not have to cut your ride short because of darkness. The last hr of daylight and riding into the night is the way to go this time of year and the occassional lightning shows in the distance are way cool.

Yeah, I know. I've been hitting the trails even before the sun is above the mountains to avoid the heat. Soon...
