In fact we were told that the light rail system would not work on the older Motolite. I wonder if that is really true. I wonder if you could get the old ML stays to work with the FTM...sopwithcamel said:Hey Shiggy,
It looks like a 2008 Racer-X Carbon front triangle with the dreaded, evil, spawn of the dam, Light Rail rear end.
That front triangle and rear end combo where never offered for sale together.
Titusjeff might have better specifics then me though.
Thanks, Mikey. Titus Jeff confirmed it is a "pilot sample of 2009 Racer X carbon".Titus_Mikey said:The white RX carbons were pre production prototypes for the 2009 season. There aren't very many of them floating around. (only 4 that I know of) Most of them went to our race teams for field testing.
Interesting thing to notice is Cavendish's front wheel springing back into shape one weight is unloaded from it. I'm sure the carbon broke and the elasticity of the spokes and the glued on tire were all that took it back to shape.sopwithcamel said:00sable..... Since you asked and since I was online!
I hope you can stomach pain!
Hey now, piggybacking on my thread!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!00sable said:I'm healing. Shoulder got it the worst. All the skin grew back, maybe a little darker. Dogs fine. Bike has two bent rims and a lot scratches. Tore up my shorts and a brand new pair of gloves. I was going downhill so probably around 30 mph or more. Looking at motocycle leathers for biking!
