Looks like a Giant to me. Not sure what model cause I am not up on the whole line.

The dead give away was it says "Giant" on the inside of the Non-drive side chain stay

That could be a Giant , but just because it says Giant on the chainstay does not mean it is a Giant , but I think it is a Giant .

I now know its a 2009 model. I don't care for the 2010 model as it has slight changes to it. To Google it is....
