I am looking to get a used 2006 iron horse 7point7 but i not sure about the size.
I am 5' tall and have a inseam of 28''. The bike has a 15'' frame (small). I will be AM/FRing i have to get to the top before i can go down. I am still growing and want the bike to last a while. Im not a really hardcore rider. It has a double crown fork on it too. Please tell me if you think it will work for me or not.

Thanks<label for="rb_iconid_6">

the small sizing should work for you, but at 5 feet tall that might be a tad big. Not so much that you couldn't ride it though. If you're growing fast and think you'll grow a lot taller than you are now, you might outgrow the bike rather quickly. Pedaling a DH bike up hills when you're too big for it can REALLY suck. But the bike in itself should be ok, provided they didn't beat the crap out of it. Just don't expect it to climb like an XC bike. And check the bike thoroughly for worn/dented parts and sloppy shifting.
