I wish I had words of encouragement for you, but your experience echo's my many with Fox. I had to send my 36 back to them three times and was only able to ride the bike 4 times from Feb to August last year due to the duration of time Fox had the fork. In one instance, I recieved my fork, pulled it from the box and discovered that the problem had not been fixed. They certainly haven't won any points with me.
