I have a Fox shox vanilla RC and a vanilla R. At least one of them needs rebuilding.
Has anyone done this before? And no, I do not want to send it to Fox, Push or someone else. Why? Because a rear shock is the ONLY bike part I have not yet taken apart
(I suppose if one tears apart and rebuilds motocross bikes, doing the same to a vanilla shock should be a snap)
My main concern is about adding nitrogen pressure to the shock (I have access to pressurized nitrogen). What adaptor or needle? And how to relieve pressure in the first place?
