Hello,

I've used the fox f80x for around one year
but the fork is become softer when "lockout"
I can have around 20mm movement when the fork is "lockout"

any solution to fix it?

Happened to me. Fox told me to turn the rebound knob in! It does effect the compression. What an answer. So I changed the oil and cleaned out the brass mass in case debris got in. Nope. I think it "wears out" over time. That's why I'm on a Reba Team with poploc adjust.

Happened to me.

The damper shaft got worn and scraped up and started allowing oil
to leak by where it enters the cartridge. It was about 6 months old,
and Fox basically told me to "get bent". They offered to sell me a
new cartridge for $250.

I ride a Reba now. I paid $50 more for it than Fox wanted for the
CARTRIDGE. Hype.
