Recently got a set of 04 Talas RLC and I'm conscious that I need to lube them with fork oil.

How often do I need to do this?
How should I be doing it?
What should I be using to do it?

Here is what Fox recommends from the Owner's Manual that you can download here...

Just invert you bike/fork for a minute before a ride to get oil onto the seals. This is important for the TALAS side because there is only 30cc of oil in that leg (The suspension set-up chapter in the Fundamentals video even recommends storing your bike upside down for seal lubrication)...I wouldn't go that far, but inverting your bike before a ride should work just fine.
