So WHY on earth does Fox NOT have "sag markers" on their shocks? I don't get it.....Is it the whole Kashima coating thing and they can't print on it? Every rider I've seen recently that has RockSHox has sag markers on both the front and rear shock body - you know....to make it EASIER and more CONVENIENT for their customers to gauge sag. I mean not everyone carries a measuring tape in their backpack. Am I missing something here? Does anyone out there notice this? Fox...you listening????

They can't. Its patented and they would have to pay to use it.

......I knew there had to be a good reason for it....GOOD JOB Rock Shoxx  Now it just blows my mind how they (FOX) did not think of it in the first place.

a ruler is not so hard to use. Can't say I've ever wanted to measure sag on a regular ride. Sometimes I'll do a specific suspension setup ride, and when I do, I carry what I need to carry to make it happen. I've got a handy-dandy little measuring tape (with a SRAM logo on it, amusingly enough) with a metric scale.
