My new ASR-sl frame came in, so me very happy... :D

But now my LBS is giving me the option to choose between the RP3 or the new RP23. Did some google on RP23 reviews but apparently not very much info though (guess shock is to new).
So my question to the yeti-clan is what would you advice, RP3 or the new RP23 ??

Rp23

Mine came with it and I love it compared to the RP3 on my old bike. It works very well in the "3" setting for climbing. The RP3's firm setting was closer to the "2" setting on the RP23. You will have less bob. Then when you turn it "off/open" It is more plush than the RP3 in the soft setting for bombing the downhills.

Yes the linkage was different between the bikes, but Fox specs support my "feelings".

Very little experience with the RP3 and actually only a couple of weeks on the RP23 but I really like it and would recommend it to anyone.

The only thing about it is that i have my rebound all the way open and i think it's just right but would be nice to have 2 more clicks to know its just right.
