Fox RP23 or Manitou Swinger 4X?

Hi!
Which of the 2 would be better for an Intense 5.5 EVP frame? Is the RP23 always the straight choice (AM rig)?

The RP23 is gonna be a better option IMO, SPV damping kind of sucks. An Evolver would be a better option than either though, I think it would be worth the extra money to get the low speed compression adjustment rather than a pedaling platform. A 5.5 with an Evolver would be sweet!

I think the RP23 is better for XC due to its stock compression damping "to much"and thats in the open position.Its reliable and allows the rider to choose from differant Propedal settings but like said the Evolver would be a better choice for the Intense.
The X4, basically a 4-Way Air is an excellent shock...but...it's really better suited to a bike design like a simple single pivot because of the SPV. The Evolver ISX-6 is probably THE air shock best suited to these modern linkage bikes.
