I have an older 2013 fox float 32 120mm travel CTD. Instead of buying a whole knew fork, can I just upgrade my fork Stanchions to fox kashima

1. No.

2. Why would you even want to do that in the first place? There's no performance gain.

You would have to find a complete steerer/crown/stanchion assembly because the parts are all pressed together, ideally from the same year-ish, then move parts over. Not really worth it for the Cash-money coating but to each his/her own.
Yea sounds like it’s gonna be a pain

You would need a csu, damper and probably air spring if you were buying new as the threads and internals are different. Or else find a used fork/csu from the same era
you can just strip your fork down, send it in, and get it done

Kashima Coat Fork Tube Service is $549.99 per set. Kashima Coat Shock Tube Service is $349.99 per shock.
This is pretty interesting.. I cant imagine it would feel identical to Kashima... but it looks cool!

That isn't Kashima.
No, it's better. It's TiNi!
He said this, not that.
In response to whether Kashima offers performance gains over non-Kashima, who knows? What I DO know is that I have been told by a highly reputable western Canadian suspension expert boutique that non-Kashima is subject to deterioration long before Kashima. They told me they have seen it time and time again. According to them, it's beyond debate.

You can call BS on it, or question why that is that case (or should be the case), but I am just passing on what I have been told.

The suspension experts had no dog in this fight. They couldn't care less what I bought. They weren't selling the forks.
