Fox Forks upgrade

Just wondering, how much of an upgrade would it be for me to go from my current forks, Rock Shox Tora SA Race to a coil Fox Fork? I like my forks so far, and i think they work pretty well, but just wanted to know the opinions of others on here. Would the Fox Forks be a huge improvement?
