Fox fork max tire size (xpost Shocks)

Hi. Wondering what the biggest tire I can fit in a Fox Vanilla R (125mm travel if that matters). I'm thinking about a 2.7 Mobster. I know they run a bit smaller than some brands but I'd rather not find out later that the tire catches the crown on a big hit. Thanks!

There is a problem with those numbers. The metric measurements are for the radius, not the diameter.
I have the edge radius and max width on my tire site specs. The "peak" radius can be calculated (I should add this to my specs): Casing height + center tread depth + 7 mm (average bead seat to rim edge distance) + 279.5 mm (bead seat radius) = peak radius. The Moto 2.4 comes in exactly the same height with the above method.

A Kenda Blue Groove 2.50 comes in at 1 - 2 mm over the stated max. I have a tester than has been using it with a Fox Vanilla 125 with no issues.

Sorry, I do not have the Maxxis specs.
I have put a

Panaracer FR 2.4 (maybe the biggest 2.4 I've ever seen) on a Vanilla, and I and I am running a Kenda Nevagal 2.5 on my Float TALAS with not issues.

Vanilla is an 02' Float is an 03'

I run a Michelin Hot S 2.5" in the front of mine and have lots of clearance. I have also seen a Maxxis Minion 2.7" in one but it was very close to the arch.
