Hello

Trying to rebuild my rear shock for the first time.
Got the bike on e-bay and looks like previous owner did it quite a while ago, if ever.
Anyway, small o-ring is broken:

I'm not sure which P/N is it. Judging by this it's 029-03-011.
My 2 questions are:
Any idea where can I buy it? Any of these kits?
Is it possible to replace without disassembling the dumper?

thanks

No, that o-ring you mention (-011) seals the shaft and the eyelet together

The o-ring you are looking for is a -110, should cost you like 5 cents at an o-ring store. This o-ring has the job of a bottom out bumper so you don't get metal to metal contact.

You could replace without disassembly, you would need to slice the o-ring at one point, install and then glue the ends together every well with cyanoacrylate (instant glue).

The O-ring Store?
I'm still trying to figure out o-ring sizing.
This page says
029-03-110-A Seals:O-Ring [(-110) .103 C.S. X .362 ID] Standard, N-70, Static
So I'm looking at N-70 but can't find my way further.

Nice idea about cutting the ring for installation, thanks!

PS may be I can simply glue back the old one..
