I am in the middle of trying to replace the seals on my '03 Fox float 100RL forx, I was going to use this as an excuse to change the oil and give them a general service. I have got the air cylinder out of the left leg, but can't budge the damping mech from the right leg, I have given the threaded bit hanging out the bottom of the outers with a rubber mallet, but it doesn't seem to even look like moving. I need some ideas in getting this out please.

What seals are you replacing it with? I recently used some from enduroforkseals.com and they seem to be working great. Also, they've got great instructions online. Good luck.
