fox float propedal question

I have a fox float that came stock on my 05 FSR. I have noticed lately that it feels the same no matter what position the little lever assumes. It used to be pretty stiff when it was locked out, so its a relatively new development as far as I know. Any suggestions? Please dont tell me to ship my shock.

I'm in the honey moon stage with my RP3, about 30 rides so far.
I noticed climbing steep not to bumpy single track I get a little less than 1/2'' of shock movement, not counting sag and it doesn't feel to squishy. I also noticed if I forget to switch off of climbing mode on the way down, it's not to harsh.

You will probably not be able to fix this yourself. I know you don't want to hear it, but you'll need to ship the shock back to Fox or to PUSH Industries. If the shock is less than one year old, it's still in the warranty period and Fox should be able to fix it with little or no cost to you. If you're outside of the warranty period, consider sending it to PUSH since their turn-around time is quicker. If you send it to PUSH you can choose just to have them perform the necessary maintenance on the shock or you can request that they perform the maintenance and custom tune the shock for your bike, weight, and riding style.
