I have a brand new Fox F100X (aug 05) and only few miles on it.
The right side of the fork is loosing some oil at the seal level and I was wondering if I need to return the Fork to Fox and have the risk to return it twice or more if the stock seals are not doing their jobs! (see review on mtbr for this fork).
Do you know if getting enduroseals could be a solution?
Is the Enduro kit any good? How is it compared to the stock seals?

How much oil is it loosing? Fox uses a pumped oil system that actively pumps oil (on every fork stroke) up into the top of the fork and out through galleys to keep the stanchions and bushings wet with oil. (rather than count on splashing, which is what most forks do) The seals are designed to leave a film of oil on the stanchion(s) so a bit of weeping on the seal is normal (and you have over 150ml of oil in the right leg so the small loss is negligible even over extended periods) Also keep in mind that the the amount of weeping will decrease after break-in (the wipers settle in and the stanchions get polished.) So a little oil on the stanchion or the wiper is normal, if oil is running off the seal and down onto the slider (fork lowers) you may have a problem.

Some seem to love the enduro seals, but I recall reading that Fox thinks they scrape too much oil off the stanchions and cause excessive stiction (binding). After break-in I never had problems with excessive weeping so I never even considered them

If the fork is new, then it is perfectly normal for the stanchions to come up a bit moist. The break-in period takes some time, about 25 hours of riding, at which point the stanchions should come up dry. If you're well past the 25 hour mark and the stanchion is still moist, then the seal is bad. I would send it to Fox, as there could be a host of things responsible for the weeping seal, including a bad bushing. I would get enduro seals, which are fantastic, by the way, during your regular maintenance interval when the seals need replacement due to age.

thanks for feedbacks...I have around 32hours of riding...I will wait a little more before to send it back to Fox.
I was hoping that this common issue was closed on 05 models!

Well, there's not way to "close" the issue. It is kind of like buying new boots. They've got to conform to your foot and it takes some time, every time, no matter how exclusive the shoemaker.

I run enduro seals on my vanilla after the fox seals blew out at 800 miles. So far 1200 miles with the enduros and no problems. I do use the recommended finish line stanshion lube so sticktion is not a problem. I noticed no stanshion wear so far. They are easy to install if you follow the online instuctions, hard not to recommend this product especially at like 24$ a set, its a no brainer.
