Formula post mount adapter

Just replaced my IS mount fork with a Fox post mount fork. I am using Formula 180mm front brakes and gonna get a new adapter. Is there anything I need to watch out for? Is it post mount to IS, or just straight post mount? Any help would be helpful!! Also, where I might be able to get an adapter would be great

Assuming your caliper is 74mm post mount style and you used some sort of IS mount adapter with your old fork: second item from the bottom of the list, item number 130060.

Thanks, I just went down and looked at the new and old fork and what you suggested is exactly right. Problem solved!!
