im trading forks with a buddy... im giving him my '03 jr. t (great condishon) for his '04 drop off II and some cash...i need some help in deciding how much $$$...we cant decide...i said somewhere around 180-200 and he said 115

Sounds like $150 should do it. The compromise is better than the 2 of you selling the forks independent of each other then buying a used replacemet.
