I would have guessed a Specialized Direct Drive rigid fork.

Could be the Rock Shox based 'Future Shock'...or the Carbon FS (also Mag21 based) fork.

I was mistaking. Its a specialized fork, not a Rock Shox. I was was thinking of a different bike, sorry. But it is not rigid.

the specialized 'future shock' fork was a rockshox fork. mag20 in the later years, more like a mag 10 or 30 if pre '93... I haven't been able to figure out what models the earlier future shocks correspond to in the rockshox lineup.

Should be silver with the 'Specialized' logo on the side.

It's internals are Rock Shox...but the fork legs are...Specialized I suppose.
