What brand? The manufacturers usually have service guides on their sites.

I've got an [06 Marz Z1 SL, but I really can't find much on their website. They give recommendations on what to do, but I can't find instructions. Maybe I'm just missing it.

Maybe give them a call. Marzocchi is the only big brand I haven't owned. I know Fox and Manitou quite well. Sorry!
