Hi again,
Im running old fox van 36 rc2 forks and they are set to 160mm. The visible stantions are measured to be 166mm but I have never bottomed the fork even in really rough rocky roots trails or large jumps. The fork seems to be compressing all the way until it hits the 140mm mark and never surpasses that point.
Not that I am worried or anything as that amount of travel is actually enough for my riding but I am just interested whether this is normal. Because I read from the manual that fox forks have a hydraulic bottoming out system.
cheers
