Fork for a light AM

I am moving my XC HT to a 5" AM bike (probably its going to be a motolite). Right now I am using a 2003 model Rock Shox Psylo Race (bought on 2004). Some guys told me to change it for a new fork. I am going to ride aggressive XC mostly with lots of fast and tech downhills and some drops (not huge ones). But occasionally I might race and for sure I want to keep riding classic XC trails.
So the fact is I need something like 130mm travel ideally swichable to something like 100mm for XC trails/races.
I was told that the RS revelation 426 U-Turn is a great fork (115-130). What do you guys think? Can it handle? What about Fox? Any other option?
