They're both very entry level forks...but the Rock Shox will have more accessibility to parts

Probably the rockshox

I had a dart 2, wasnt outstanding, but it def got the job done

But lets just say it was better than my 08 marzocchi 66 RCV

Manitou axel comp. Same budget but way better performance.
