SMT, that landing is heaven compared to what used to be there. Then again, it used to be a drop you didn't need speed for, this looks a little trickier.

The ladder and the landing are built up so well, it's ridiculous. I met the guy who built all of this stuff on Saturday. He was out from 8am-9:45am just raking the whole trail for all the riders. Really nice guy. Felt bad I didn't have a rake to help him.

As for the landing, it's really not flat at all. It shoots you down into a run-up for a step-up with either a ~18 foot gap or a ~22 foot gap. Frickin' amazing.

Dom and I were scoping it out a few days ago and he told me that he was going to have to do it. I knew he would.
