I have picked up a slight amount of play on my main pivot after doing a bearing replacement. It almost feels like a DU bushing on the shock except I can feel it moving with my hand at the main pivot.
Can anyone tell me if the spacers go tapered side to the frame or away from the frame.

probably du bushings, same happened to me with them, buy a new set they are pretty cheap and super easy to replace. as for spacers i have a blown up drawing of a wreckoning which is the same set up i believe i will try to attach it.

cant find the drawing right now but when i do i will post it, going out to ride.

My Following also did this. I contacted Evil with a description of the problem and they sent out an additional spacer washer to install between the main frame and the existing conical washer on the main pivot assembly. Sorted the problem for me.

Okay....anyone else having difficulty keeping the main pivot quiet? I've been struggling with mine for some time. I've disassembled and reassembled multiple times with conical washer in right direction obviously. After I put it back together noise is gone but comes back after 3 or more rides. I've utilized the foam ring suggestion with little change.

Noise occurs when cycling the shock and then pedaling forward.

Thanks for any suggestions.

I've narrowed my knock/clunk to the monarch itself. In the descend and the trail mode the clunk is there. If you flip it over to climb the noise stops. Planning sending it to avalanche soon to see what they can do.
