It followed me home today. I promise to take care of it and get it dirty and beat the living hell out of it:thumbsup:

I had a temporary raised bar put on, plus my trusty Pure V Seat and Ergon grips and the Azonic 420s. Here is the killer though. I am still not released from my recent surgery to ride. St. Patties day will be my Go Date. I couldn't even take the bike off of the rack. Had to get my wife to do it as it is about 11# over my 15# current lift limit. I just could not leave it at the shop any longer. I at least had to get it home and into my office so we can get to know each other;)

As soon as the weather straightens out, i will get outdoor pics up. I am so stoked. What a cool bike:cool:

It's very black. Not that that's a bad thing.

Good luck with the recovery.

OK, you need a reference of what I was riding before. I needed a change of scenery and by god the black is it. My old bike (below), affectionately named Bob Marley, looked like Toys Are Us commissioned Andy Warhol to design it. I will forever love my Rasta bike. As a matter of fact, it is getting it's 2.35 Big Apples put back on and will be my "Townie".

damn..I love the look and specs on that bike. I am in the process of building up a 29er SS but I don't think I could pass one of these up if I came across one at the right price.

Good luck with it bro.

Sweet purchase!! Just rode mine for the FIRST time today! (XTC-1) I've ridden FS26" for a few years, and had a blast on this one today - loving it - don't scratch it! The first scratch is so hard to take....it climbs like a beast and is freakin' fast on the single track.
Good luck with the recovery!!
Some swap outs I did, Answer carbon bars with rise (these are items from my old bike I kept), Thompson Masterpiece seat post and of course my beloved Selle Italia Gel Flow .
Saw two more like it on the trail today - which at first I was surprised, thinking it wasn't as well known...but one from last year and one like ours from this year - these guys were so stoked, climbing and descending on some extremely tough terrain.
