Flatlander heading to El dorado Hills - where should I go?

Hey all, I'm heading out to Norcal sometime mid July. I've never been to the area before so I was just wondering if there are any must do trails out there. Also, a good rental referral would be appreciated since bringing bikes will be too much of a hassle on this trip.

River Rat or Bikes Plus can rent you bikes... If you want a high end bike, get an Ibis Mojo from River Rat.... I made the "mistake" of demo-ing a Mojo... now I own one!

There are fun trails right out of the Folsom Area too... I will try tp post maps of these ries soon: http://www.racemtb.com/Trails.htm
