Hi All,
I am looking to upgrade the bb30 crank on my 26er Carbon Flash to a SRAM XX 26/39.
It comes in 2 q factor sizes 156 and 164 - does anyone know which one I should get.

Wow, the chainstays are that wide, that 156s won't fit?

Has any one used the Wheels Manufacturing BB30 adapters in a Carbon flash to use Shimano cranks. Did it work well and do the adapters weigh much. Thanks for any replies.
