I have been having fun and chipped the paint on my frame in a few spots. I was wondering what people generally do about this. The aluminum is exposed, and could generate some galvanic reactions, so I guess I just need to cover it up.

Aluminum is fairly resistant to oxidization and unlike steel, will not rust.

If your bike is a common colour you could use auto touchup paint or model paint to fill in the chip or simply clearcoat it to prevent and galvanic reactions.

My old Trek wears her scuffs and chips with pride and they are like a rodamap of where we've been and where we've crashed.
