can anyone tell me how to get to the fish hatchery singletrack and if it is worth going to
fish hatchery directions

Gt a map or the off the beaten track book or both. There is plenty of good riding near the fish hatchery in Pisgah but I think with out a map you would get lost. Canney bottoms is probably the most popular trail there. I suggest you start with that.
Drive to Brevard and stop at one of the bike shops. Purchase the Trails Illustrated map of the Pisgah Ranger district. Ask the person who sells you the map to show you on the map how to get to the Hatchery and how to ride Canney Bottoms. Enjoy
