Cool vid man! Sorry about the spill but it looks cool on film. Nice manual at the end!
I just got sponsored by GoPro but haven't ordered one yet. Looking forward to posting some footage.
I love using mine! Super simple to use and tons of mounts. There are quite a few GoPro sections in this: http://www.nicksimcik.com/_/About_Me/Entries/2010/1/10_Some_Jumping.html
Very cool....So is that the basic Go-Pro Wide and not the new HD? Was thinking about getting the wide since prices are pretty good since the HD came out.

Its not the Hd, just the wide. The quality is a little better when I watch it on my comp. After uploading it on vimeo it gets a little blurrier.
Cool. I really like the shadow for the majority (too bad there was no shadow for the crash....)
Ahh yes... Telonics is where I plan to record my first vid as well... looks like it was in nice conditions!!! Dude, you were flying down that section.
awesome crash man, nice video too.
the crash gave me a flashback of my last crash.
i got my front tire stuck in rut on the edge of the trail and ate bushes just like you.
what caused your crash?

My guess is mixing a fast, technical trail with balls-out speed... but that's just a guess...
Nice! Gotta love those cameras huh? I just got the HD version but haven't done much with it yet (still figuring out the HD editing thing)....
Hmmmm I dont know those trails????? I know where its not, but curious as to where I like the single track and rocks....

um ok
people do that all the time and don't crash.
the op had a lot of time where he was doing just that and didn't crash.

in the video he said something about his rear wheel, but i couldn't hear it.
my computer sound is broken so i can't turn it up louder.
What was the 'come on!!!' bit all about when you were following that other rider towards the end?

When I had just crashed I though that my wheel had gone over the berm but I think its cause I had way too much speed for that turn.
Bummer that's not a DH Specific trail. After getting trails like Freelunch built around here it's so much more comfortable to be able to bomb without the worry of somebody coming up the hill. If they do it's all their fault if you nail them around a blind corner or drop. Seems like there's lots of hikers is why I say this. Hopefully that's something that may happen in the near future around there. Sick vid though:thumbsup:

Exactly... I have dumped the bike in that turn, and the last right hander coming out of the last chute... always from excessive speed. Telonics will kick your arse just when you think you have the run mastered... and nice manual at the end!
