hi,
recently i got a 2012 scalpel team carbon frame. i might add it still has the BB30 bearings installed. i also procured a sram XO crankset. ive not dealt with bottom brackets before and this is my first install. i know its a bit different with bb30 bearings (so ive tried to research). i was just wondering what type adapter or extra parts i need to make it all work together (the crank).

any advice much appreciated. apologies for any lack of info but will provide if needed.

cheers.

Bearing shields and maybe spacers. If you buy a FSA bb30 kit you'll get the spacers, shields and a bearing set. Having extra bearings on hand is handy.

Also, use alot of lube on the bearings when you're installing the crank to avoid waterdamage.
