finding an ultra cheap complete wheel and RF chain rings

Someone ripped the front wheel off the clunker I’m riding around Philly this summer. Is there somewhere online that I can buy a package wheel or am I stuck with buying everything separately? Also, the plating on the inside of the Bontrager racelite crank on my Mt. Tam is flaking off. Would you advise replacing the chain rings or should I just bite the bullet and buy the turbine crankset?

Here's a wheelset from Jenson for $45. They'll ship it US Mail for $7.70. I challenge anybody to find a single wheel shipped for cheaper.
