Its a little cheap, but I dont look for much, wilk be swapping out the seat, and possibly the handlebars and disc brakes for improved riding. Any suggestions and feedback?

Me, I love it. I just rode for 2 hours on it and it rides like a beast. Its a great bike. Its almost a dolomite but its the canadian version from Canadian Tire, the Schwinn biggity dlx.

The best upgrade I did to my initial cheap fat bike was going tubeless and upgrading tires. But have fun. Fat is my favorite way to ride

Congrats! Play with the tire pressures to find what works best for you on various surfaces. It's something free, yet very important to fatbikes, to tinker with until you've got $$ to spend on other new parts.
