We’ve all seen the posts wanting mudguards for the rear linkage so I went ahead to design one! Made of solid PETG plastic, perfect for outdoor use and has great impact resistance and flexibility. The cable guard is made of the same material, designed to keep your brake and shifter cable safe from impact and malfunction during your ride. I designed this piece after noticing significant damage to my own cable. Shoot me a message if interested in either!

Nice work. How did you attach the mudguard? It's hard to see in the photos. Is the protection tape you have AMS?

I went on one wet ride and caused all kinds of scrapes and paint chips in that bottom linkage area. I've been trying to figure out how to keep rocks from getting stuck in the pinch points. I was going to try a mucky nuts short mudguard, but I don't think there is enough space. I might just stretch something across the front bars that would block that whole middle channel but I need to experiment and cycle the suspension to see if it would actually work. Also, figure out how to make it look somewhat decent. On a side note, I'm going to try some nail polish on the chips. I found some on Amazon that looks like a close match for the Sedona paint color. I'll let you know if it works.

The guard mounts between the lower linkage and the rear triangle with a small shelf designed into the guard and two zip ties to hold it tight

Thanks for the extra pictures. That helps a lot. I'll be sure to post some pics once I figure out mine. Trails have snow, so I have plenty of time. I'm going to place some protective tape here and there as well. I should have done that before I rode it.

Oh and I just re-read your post. For some reason, I missed that you were selling these. Was that on there before? I'll have to think about that as an option.

If you're concerned about the paint, install some protective tape before you strap or zip tie the pieces. Dirt will accumulate underneath and act like sand paper.

Doesn’t work on the rail sadly, I sent out some test ones as first, the rear triangle is very different
