i picked them up with a 10% discount from chain reaction cycles..
the chain rings were sourced separately.. the inner ring was from sjs cycles in bridgwater somerset.. the outer ring was from wiggle

2014 Felt 7 Eighty

I just purchased a 2014 Felt 7 Eighty last week. I did a good bit of research before I found this bike. I knew I wanted a hard-tail 650b and I did not have a ton of money to drop on a bike. I am VERY happy with this bike.

Not an mtb, but still a Felt. 2013 TK3. Added a Shimano Sora front brake, just put some Continental Gatorskins on there yesterday, Thomson stem showed up Friday, new Fyxation bullhorn bar ordered yesterday. It is a fixed gear running 48:15. I am using this bike solely as my commuter and fun ride bike. I don't do the whole velodrome or track stuff, nor am I a "hipster". I went with this for the ease of maintenance and fun factor when riding. I love the look and ride of this bike, so I am extremely happy with my purchase. If I decide to get back into mountain biking, I will definitely check out their line of mountain bikes.

I had my last bike (an aluminum hardtail) since 1994. Needless to say this was a pretty massive upgrade in frame material, frame geometry, wheel size, shifting, braking, suspension travel, bar width and general awesomeness. I am really loving this bike.
