About Fears, Tears & Beers: A unique mountain bike enduro that was started by a couple of guys back in 2006 who patterned it after motorcycle enduro races when this format for mountain bikes was just getting under way in Europe and was all but unheard of here in North America. The Fears Tears and Beers has remained small but has attracted teams and riders from all over the west including top pros such as Mark Weir, Ben Cruz, and Casey Coffman. The Fears Tears and Beers Enduro is not only the longest running mountain bike enduro in North America it's also arguably one of the toughest with 40 miles and some 6000' feet of climbing for the pros and is getting ready to explode. For more information, visit Fears, Tears & Beers on Facebook or our web page at Great Basin Trails Alliance .

Thanks for coming out Mike! Glad you had a good time. And thanks for the Jetlites Demo ride. That was a blast and should be a permanent addition to the race weekend happenings. Here's a couple of shots from Photo-John who was our official race photographer. Check out more of his pictures from the race at Photo-John.

KRob, any updates on when registration may open for 2015? I guess judging by the first post in this thread, in about a month...

Also, with these crazy warm temps we've had this winter, what's it like in Ely? Any chance of Cave Lake, or is Squaw the only game in town right now?

Thanks!
