I agree, the BIKE SHOP is great. I also like McGhies, Manuel and Ollie's, and Bike Stuff in Boulder City (Jeff is a super nice guy and knows how to rig your bike for Bootleg Canyon).aggro said:

Just a new poll. What is your favorite LBS? comments or critics?
I like the BIKE SHOP on pecos myself. REal nice guys that work there and the service is great. Altough most of my purchases are online i still use the shops for a quick fix or for something gone wrong. EI BB stuck in shell or things like that.
Take it easy!
Where is it on Horizon Ridge?mattbikeboy said:Bike Shop is good with great guys running it. The bad thing is -- No Space for Inventory! I've been in there many a time looking for something that they didn't have. I think that is a problem with most of the shops in the Valley. Last winter I hit five shops (ProCyclery, Peloton, Bike Shop, Bike World, Escape) in one day looking for a good quality square taper bottom bracket. Nobody had anything better than lx. I ended up ordering and XTR online for the same price as the lx bb at the shop. I hate to say this but I would buy it from a shop if they had it in stock --- but, if I have to order it anyway -- I can do it online and have it delivered to my home at a much lower price.
Also, that new shop on Horizon Ridge has a lot of cool accessories and he matches the catalogues and online prices.
