I'm still in the process of getting my Flux (26"
) built up for racing, and will likely be on my rigid Fisher for this weekend's race. I can also foresee the occasional slop fest where I'd rather have the 29" wheels and not subject the FS bike to unnecessary abuse.
I've used Klaws (with Stan's rims) in the past with no problem, but do not want to push my luck with the Ignitors. In my experience tubeless tires roll significantly faster than tubed tires, but the Klaw is such an agressive tread I'm hesitant to use it for racing. I've had no issues in mud with any 29" tire (except the Nano, which was sketchy on wet rocks), so grip is hardly a concern; I just want the tire that will roll the fastest. Any thoughts?
