My LBS isn’t familiar with Farleys (I live in NYC) and they aren’t sure about the part numbers for frame plugs (where the internal cable routing goes- I’m converting to SS).
It’s a 2016 Farley 5; I thought someone here might know.
Also, does Trek make a front derailleur block off plate? (That’s just for aesthetics- it doesn’t serve any purpose.)

Try W320324, it's a Trek Internal Top Tube Frame Plug Black, they don't specify what bikes it's for though.
