hi guys need some help

i bought a Fantom 29PRO SL in 2010 pretty aggressive on the rims and had enough

i wanna replace the rims from the specs the stock rims are 21mm

can the WTB Dual Duty Fr 29Er wich are 28mm in width be compatible?

I would just replace the wheels. Those hubs aren't worth bulding up, IMO.
