I think these were posted before. They don't look too durable. If you look closely you can see that some of the holes were drilled too close to the inner circle, and would most likely fail under any type of load.

Only the top pulley is subject to significant loads under shifts.
Also it needs to have floating bearings . thst's why I always use XTR or XT upper pulleys.
The lower pulley loads are close to zero

These are early prototypes, sent to Eliflap to examine the durability.
The "cracks" ,there´s none of them are only partial cut throughs as I use a water jet cutter.

I did both titanium and aluminum versions.

I use titanium version in the down pulley on my road, held up fine in 100 trainer kilometers.
Upper is not recommended in this version, never intended to sell them.

If anyone can read on my homepage, that is clearly written they are prototypes.

carbonschmiede, they were in my plans, but the more I looked at them the more I was convinced they wouldn't last too long. One of these thought decisions, decided to go for something more substantial derlin from afc with 4g penalty.
