Has anyone ridden the Evo on the double black diamond trails up there? If so, did you feel like you brought enough bike for the terrain? The reason I ask is that after riding a Norco Shore up in the Garbanzo trails days ago, I was left longing for a big hit bike like the Shore. I was having so much fun. It may be a matter of fork choice but that bike was perfect for the steeeep and gnarly stuff up there. I have no desire to get a Shore though as it is a real pig. I imagine the Evo would be more useful (than the Norco) when riding off the gravity bike parks.

I've ridden the evo in whistler for the past 2 summers. Perfect bike for A-line, dirt merch, crab apple, etc. Enough bike to finesse your way down the upper mt. trails. Barely enough bike when trying to pin upper and lower whistler dh.
