Thinking of going down the wreckoning route after riding a insurgent for the last couple of years, but my question is apart from the 1/2lb frame weight and colour is there much difference in the ride quality? I’m thinking of going down the 2nd had route so I could get either, do if it’s just the looks I prefer the gun metal or blue over the green and rusty trombone.
Has anyone upgraded the bikes and have you noticed much difference?

I rode an Insurgent for nearly two years and went to a Wreckoning LB (Rusty Trombone) around 8 months ago – loving every minute of it. Things to consider LB vs Version 1: Boost Spacing for wheels (wheel availability considerations) / Bottle mounts (available on the later V1 frames) if that matters to you, I like mine. I bet you can still find “new” used LB frames (warranty considerations) but not likely the older ones, I could be wrong. Other than that, not sure it matters – I bet the older ones ride just as good.
