Just ordered a 2010 Sovereign in med white. I can't wait to start building. Pissed the wife :nono: off but hay thats why I work. I'm riding a 1999 GF paragon now so this is going to be a huge step up. Not sure of the total build spec's yet. Stoked to have the frame on the way.:D :D :D :cornut:

Yea like that thanks shales. That was kind of my inspiration. I was thinking white rims black spokes and hubs. That bike is sweet I wanted to do subtle changes so it is not a carbon copy of your rig. My son wants me to go green wheeel, crank and bars. Is that a 32 or 36 Fox fork you are running? How do you like it?

Sounds like your son's gonna pimp your bike

My fork is a 32 Float 150mm. Love it. One word...PLUSH. One thing to make sure to do when you set your bike up, is leave more steerer tube than you'd initially imagine doing. I have about 20mm of spacers under mine, and feel like I could go for more, or a 10mm rise stem instead of a zero rise. When standing and climbing, the bars feel a bit low compared to what I'm used to. Still tinkering with the cockpit, but other than that, gotta be the sweetest hardtail I've owned. Good luck with the build. Post some picks one you get it done.

Cheers,
Stephen

It's frustrating, ain't it? Looking at that killer frame and having to wait. I did it for 6 months and have now been on 4 trail rides on my med. Sov & it's a GREAT BIKE! Super smooth, fast, handles well. I was sketchy on tech sections on my entry level Speesh but the Sov just rolls down everything no problems. I climb it better at 140mm than 100mm too.

You're gonna love it!

"EVIL has no boundaries.." (Slayer)

I have a pic & specs in the Sovereign Stoke thread
