Every completely lost motivation?

Nano I noticed that you didn't mention any goals that you are looking to accomplish other than wanting to race. It will be very hard to find the motivation to train if you don't have attainable goals. I'd recommend trying to setl small reachable goals that you can accomplish on a regular basis so that you have some reward for the time you spend training.

Nano if you didn't have a contract it's certainly ok to leave and do your own thing. One thing to remember is that their program isn't necessarily good or bad but it just didn't fit you and your needs. Don't worry about any discounts you received, people leave and join clubs all the time. By all means go and ride with other groups and find one that fits you and makes riding fun again. Racing is fun so don't let one bad experience ruin it for you. At the same time not everyone likes to race so if you'd rather just ride recreationally that's good too.
